Chain conveyors
Chain conveyors are designed to convey large volumes of product. They are ideal for sorting or creating mixed lines of containers and bottles, as well as for connecting machines.
Depending on the type of product to be conveyed, they can be slat chain conveyors or modular mesh chain conveyors.
Slat chain conveyors
The slat chain conveyor is the most functional solution for the controlled movement of metal, glass and PET containers, boxes and packs. Its configuration allows it to work in straight, curved or inclined sections, adapting to different production requirements.
It is the most widely used option for connecting machines within a production line.
- Conveyor width and height according to the slat width required by the project.
- Slat width to suit requirements.
- Single lane or multiple lanes.
- Straight, curved or inclined conveyors.
- Slats made from acetal with different characteristics depending on the conveyor function. Available for straight or curved sections, with a magnetic option.
- Support structure made from 40x40x2 mm square stainless steel structural tubes and feet joined to the side of the conveyor, allowing levelling and height adjustment.
- Adjustable (manual/automatic) or fixed guide rails.
- Drive and return shafts with sealed bearings.
- Injected sprockets and split wheels.
- Can be combined with drip trays, covers, gantries and similar.

Modular mesh conveyors
This conveyor is ideal where gentle product handling is required. The modular mesh is formed by interlocking modules that allow the mesh width to be adjusted to the conveyor build requirements.
Different types of mesh are available depending on the needs of the production line. The most common are dynamic accumulation meshes and rubber-coated meshes.
- Conveyor width and height according to the mesh width required by the project.
- Single lane or multiple lanes.
- Straight, curved or inclined conveyors.
- All meshes offer the positack option, providing precise, reliable and optimal guidance.
- Support structure made from 40x40x2 mm square stainless steel structural tubes and feet, allowing levelling and height adjustment.
- Adjustable (manual/automatic) or fixed guide rails.
- Drive and return shafts with sealed bearings.
- Injected sprockets and split wheels.
