Modular mesh conveyors
This conveyor is ideal where gentle product handling is required. The modular mesh is formed by interlocking modules that allow the mesh width to be adjusted to the conveyor build requirements.
Different types of mesh are available depending on the needs of the production line. The most common are dynamic accumulation meshes and rubber-coated meshes.
Design features
- Frame made from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and machined parts, with commercial components made from high-performance reinforced polyamide.
- Conveyor width and height according to the mesh width required by the project.
- Single lane or multiple lanes.
- Straight, curved or inclined conveyors.
- All meshes offer the positack option, providing precise, reliable and optimal guidance.
- Support structure made from 40x40x2 mm square stainless steel structural tubes and feet, allowing levelling and height adjustment.
- Adjustable (manual/automatic) or fixed guide rails.
- Drive and return shafts with sealed bearings.
- Injected sprockets and split wheels.
