The hinged chain conveyor is the most functional solution for the controlled movement of metal, glass and PET containers, boxes and packs. Its configuration allows it to work in straight, curved or inclined sections, adapting to different production requirements.
It is the most widely used option for connecting machines within a production line.
Design features
- Frame made from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and machined parts, with commercial components made from high-performance reinforced polyamide.
- Conveyor width and height according to the hinge width required by the project.
- Hinge width to suit requirements.
- Single lane or multiple lanes.
- Straight, curved or inclined conveyors.
- Hinges made from acetal with different characteristics depending on the conveyor function. Available for straight or curved sections, with a magnetic option.
- Support structure made from 40x40x2 mm square stainless steel structural tubes and feet joined to the side of the conveyor, allowing levelling and height adjustment.
- Adjustable (manual/automatic) or fixed guide rails.
- Drive and return shafts with sealed bearings.
- Injected sprockets and split wheels.
- Can be combined with drip trays, covers, gantries and similar.
