Designed for the high-speed conveying of empty PET bottles between blow moulders and fillers.
Design features
- Frame made from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and machined parts, with commercial components made from high-performance reinforced polyamide.
- Product guide profile made from ULF polyethylene, with a low friction coefficient and greater wear resistance, to prevent product deformation.
- Driven by air ducts connected to turbines.
- The turbine is selected according to the needs of the line where it is installed.
- Straight, curved or inclined conveyors.
- Support structure that can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted.

Elevating conveyors with cleats or pushers
Elevating conveyors are intended for areas with little space where the conveyor must be inclined close to 90º. Thanks to the use of modular mesh with pushers, products remain stable and do not fall during the incline, ensuring the product reaches its destination.
